We have had Darlin since she was only five weeks old. We were told she was six weeks old , We also bought her sister Renee at the same time.

Her and Her Sister Renee stay in the house along with Renee's daughter ~ Sugar and Sugar's best Friend Our " Lil Angel. So we have Four House Goldens.

The others Visit inside occasionally.

 Darlin has that fine sense of smell, can't hide the treats from her. Darlin is very perceptive, she will watch every move you make as if she is going to be tested later. One of her favorite things to do is catch frogs. We used to have a stock tank which we buried in the ground for the dogs now we have one that is above the ground, of course the frogs claimed it too , but Darlin doesn't mind. She is very good at catching frogs, she will sneak up slowly and stand in the water and wait very patiently for the frogs to surface, and wham!! They're had.She doesn't kill them though, she just takes them out of the water and watches them hop around. Another all time favorite of hers is to play in the water hose. Turn the water on and Darlin will soon be there.She loves to bite the water. She won't quit, until the water is turned off.

Darlin has those killer eyes, the ones that just stare right through you. She , is just a big irresistable baby just like the rest of them.

Darlin likes for me to sing to her, (not that I'm a great singer or anything ha ha, but she loves for me to sing songs to her, she gets all excited and starts wiggling around and hopping and whining and dancing around with me....yea, she's a mamma's girl follows me everywhere , always at my feet faithfully, unless I make her stay somewhere else :).

She is also a very good watchdog, nobody comes around wthout Darlin letting you know about it :), and her daughter Nana Puddin Picked up "the likes to be singed to and watchdog trait" from her mama, she acts just like her  except Nana Puddin, She's a crybaby, she can cry REAL LOUD, when you sing to her.

Darlin  Also has  another funny thing she does ~  when she's playing with her sister Renee or Angel or Sugar, she and her sister Renee makes funny playful growling noises, sounds like a bunch of bear cubs playing....Never a dull moment around here.Yes, life is full of more love with a Golden in your family, and the more the merrier!!!!

Darlin has also been a very good mother she has had some beautiful and intelligent pups~ we have Own two of them~ we kept Nana Puddin and Dumplin' out of her and Rusty's litter to keep Rusty's lineage going and use them for breeding stock and they are just the greatest!!

Darlin just loves babies, so does her sister Renee. Actually, all of the Female Goldens just love babies :)
