We are extremely sorry to hear about the bad news of Ernie getting accidently run over. The Baker's were very sad.

The day they called to tell me, Renee had just had puppies, so they now are the proud owners of another Golden.

His Name is Bernard, called Bernie, named after Ernie. See his picture under Renee's Photo album.

Our deepest sympathy to the Baker's for their loss.

Dear George, Theresa & all the "Golden Gang",

" Too cute" is what everyone says when they see me, but my real name is Tucker!

I like my new home and going for evening walks on the soft grass of the golf course-I even brought a little white ball home to play with!

In one more week I'm going to Colorado.I think I'll like the cooler mountain air and hikes in the woods.

Last week I weighed in at 25# (12 weeks old)- the vet gives me kisses & liver treats!

Dear Theresa and George,

As you can see in the picture, I'm growing fast .....and am I not looking good ? :) :)

I've been very curious about the Christmas Tree and I have a stocking hanging by the fireplace. I'm going to Colorado for Christmas and I wonder what all the talk about "snow" is all about!

Tucker is so affectionate and loves to be close to us. And he loves to ride in the car!! He recently had his one year

check-up and he is 82 pounds and tall but still slim. And as the lady who fell

in love with him last week said, "he is so perfect"! Hope all is well

with the Golden Gang! thanks for staying in touch........

The Maier's

Well here I am at my new home, I've been very busy these past two weeks

settling in with my new family. I have lots of toys that I love and I play

with them all the time. As you can see, sometimes I just crawl in my toy box

and sit with them. I'm always happy chewing on a bone, or a cold frozen rag,

yesterday I discovered how fun it is to play in water. I love to go places and

meet new people, everyone who sees me thinks I'm so cute! I'm learning how to

sit, come, shake, lie down, and soon hopefully fetch. Right now I'm still

little so my family enjoys just holding me or having me climb in their laps.

They know I'll be too big for that soon. After a long day of playing I get

tired and love to curl up with my cuddly toy moose and go to sleep. We'll send

more pictures when I get a little bigger!

I got a couple cute picture last Sunday I thought you would enjoy. I snapped the first one, showed

Steve, and went back and they had switched!! They are doing well, getting use to their kennels, and

learning house breaking (as we all our). Thanks again for everything. We will be in touch.

Desi at 2 Months Old

Theresa and George:

I thought I would send you two-month old pictures. They are so precious!! We took them to the vet

last Friday, and she said they look good. Denali had a small case of ear mites, but she treated both

pups for this and said it would take care of it. Denali is 13lb 9oz, and Desi is 9 lb 4 oz. Denali likes

the tile floor, and Desi likes to lay over the register (sometimes they even fight over who gets to lie

over the register, especially when the air conditioner is running!). They are learning sit, stay and lay

down. We are working on come, but they seem to have a hard time with this, especially Desi. She

is a pistol, and very strong willed. Denali is so loveable. He let's Desi knock him down, even though

he could stop her, he let's her. What a guy!!

Hello,

I know that you like to update your puppy page on your website, so I thought I'd tell you what we

named him...the name on his papers will be Sadie's Golden Shadow and we'll call him Shadow.

While I'm writing; I just wanted to compliment you on how happy your Goldens are. All of the other

places we've seen do not compare to yours. We will definately send you update pictures if you

would like as Shadow gets older.
